Once I purchase, what do I do?

Once you have purchased a package, you’re all set. Simply wait for picks to be sent once we have them ready. We will announce it on our Instagram and telegram whenever plays have been released.

How will I receive the pick?

You will receive plays via EMAIL directly to the EMAIL you used when you purchased a package. Plays are sent around 1-2 hours before the games start.

Are payments on subscriptions recurring?

Yes, all subscriptions are recurring until cancellation.

How does your Bank Roll Management (UNIT) system work?

Once you become a VIP member, you will have access to our money management system and access to a 1 on 1 bankroll manager/advisor if needed.

How do I manage my subscription?

*PLEASE BE ADVISED* If you would like to cancel, please do so a couple of days before getting charged to avoid any charges that you may not want. (Canceled subscriptions get automatically removed from our email list 7 days after cancellation) Please cancel accordingly.
Go to the website homepage and click on the person icon that will be located in the top right or go to VIP Customer Login in the menu bar. Create an account with the same email you used to purchase your package (if you don’t have one already). If you cannot access your customer portal, Email us or message us on Instagram for support.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Cancel your current subscription and then purchase the new one you want to upgrade to. Please message us VIA Instagram or email us if you need further instructions.

Does EPH focus on all sports?

Yes, we do every sport wherever we see an opportunity but we mainly focus on American sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, NCAA, UFC)
