1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, purchasing a subscription, package, or plan, or otherwise accessing any content, emails, products, or services made available by EPH Brothers (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the Services.

EPH Brothers is part of Worldwide Sports Magic.

2. Entertainment and Informational Purposes Only

The Services, including all content, picks, betting units, rankings, scores, commentary, analysis, emails, and related information provided by EPH Brothers, are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing provided by EPH Brothers constitutes personalized betting advice, wagering instructions, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. Nothing provided by EPH Brothers should be interpreted as a guarantee of any result, outcome, profit, or future performance.

Any picks, betting units, rankings, scores, or similar signals are informational outputs. Betting units and similar signals are provided only as general comparative references within the EPH Brothers framework to help users compare relative exposure across qualifying plays. They are not individualized wagering instructions and do not take into account any user’s personal finances, bankroll, financial condition, risk tolerance, objectives, or circumstances.

EPH Brothers does not accept, place, facilitate, or broker bets or wagers of any kind, and does not advocate, condone, or support illegal or irresponsible gambling in any capacity.

Users are solely responsible for their own decisions, including whether, when, and how they engage in any wagering activity, and for ensuring that any such activity is lawful in their jurisdiction. Use of the Services in violation of any applicable local, provincial, state, federal, national, or international law is strictly prohibited.

Sports betting and gambling involve risk and may result in the loss of some or all funds wagered. Past performance, historical trends, and informational outputs are not guarantees or predictors of future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPH Brothers, Worldwide Sports Magic, and their respective owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and contributors disclaim any and all liability for any losses, damages, costs, expenses, or claims arising out of or related to the use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Services or any content provided through the Services, including without limitation wagering losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, financial losses, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

3. U.S. Citizens and Jurisdictional Compliance

U.S. CITIZENS PLEASE NOTE: The information contained on this site is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. EPH Brothers does not accept bets from, place bets for, or otherwise facilitate wagering on behalf of users.

Laws relating to sports betting, online gambling, and related activities vary by country, province, state, territory, and locality. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using the Services or engaging in any wagering activity based on information obtained from the Services, is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Use of the Services or any content provided through the Services in contravention of any applicable law is prohibited. Any references, reviews, ratings, commentary, or opinions regarding sportsbooks, betting operators, casinos, or related services reflect opinion only and do not constitute endorsements, guarantees, or legal advice. Any offers or promotions referenced on the site are void where prohibited by law.

If we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this section or any other provision of these Terms, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice. If your access is terminated due to a violation or alleged violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. Subscription Terms

These Terms contain additional provisions that apply if you subscribe to or purchase any package, membership, subscription, or paid offering made available by EPH Brothers (collectively, the “Plans”).

The Plans require payment before access to certain content and information is granted. If you choose to purchase a VIP Package or any other recurring paid offering, the following terms apply. References to the “Services” throughout these Terms include all Plans and paid memberships.

EPH Brothers currently offers products and packages including, without limitation:

VIP Packages, which may be offered on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis and typically include top picks across leagues with Betting Units; and
Free Picks, which may include limited free pick content and Betting Units made available at EPH Brothers’ sole discretion.

4.1 Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years of age, or the applicable age of majority in the jurisdiction where they reside, in order to subscribe to any Plan. By subscribing to a Plan, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You further acknowledge that the Services may include content relating to sports betting, gaming, and wagering-related analysis, and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether such content is suitable for you.

4.2 Automatic Renewal Billing

All weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, seasonal, or other recurring Plans are sold on a recurring subscription basis for the duration of the applicable term unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

For example, if a user purchases a Monthly VIP Package, the user will be charged immediately upon purchase and will continue to be charged automatically at the applicable recurring interval unless and until the subscription is cancelled by the user or by an EPH Brothers administrator.

By purchasing a recurring Plan, you authorize EPH Brothers and its third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription Plan at any time by contacting ephbrothers@proton.me or by cancelling through your account on our website, where available.

Important: Unsubscribing from marketing or content emails through your email client does not cancel your subscription. Our email delivery system is not automatically connected to your email client’s unsubscribe settings. If you wish to cancel your Plan, you must do so through your account or by contacting us directly.

If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period. You will continue to have access to the applicable Plan until the end of your current paid subscription period.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all fees paid are non-refundable, and no refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued for partial subscription periods, unused time, or cancellation before the end of a billing term.

4.4 Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, promotional codes, discounts, sales, or other offers may be made available, including through third-party promotions. Such promotional offers may be redeemed only as described in the specific terms of the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise expressly stated:

promotional codes may only be used once,
promotional codes have no cash value,
promotional codes may not be combined with other offers,
and promotional codes may be subject to additional restrictions imposed by EPH Brothers in its sole discretion.

Promotional codes obtained through unauthorized, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful means shall be void.

4.5 Service Emails and Subscription Communications

As part of the Plans, EPH Brothers may send you emails relating to your subscription, account, picks, content, product updates, billing, service notices, and other information relevant to the Services.

By subscribing to a Plan, you agree that EPH Brothers may send such emails to the email address you provided at the time of registration or purchase. You acknowledge that certain emails are necessary for the operation and delivery of the Services and your subscription, and that receiving such emails is a condition of participation in the Plan.

4.6 No Redistribution or Sharing

All content, materials, picks, betting units, rankings, analysis, emails, and other information provided by EPH Brothers are for the subscriber’s individual use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, publish, repost, transmit, sell, sublicense, or otherwise disseminate any content received from EPH Brothers without prior written consent.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have shared, redistributed, reproduced, or otherwise misused any content or information from the Services, we may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund.

5. Payment Processing

Payments for Plans may be processed through third-party payment providers and e-commerce platforms, including Shopify-hosted, Shopify-powered, Stripe-powered, or other third-party checkout pages. EPH Brothers does not control the operation of third-party payment platforms and makes no representations or warranties regarding their availability, performance, or security.

By purchasing a Plan, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method in accordance with your purchase and subscription selections.

6. No Warranty

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPH Brothers, Worldwide Sports Magic, and their respective owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and contributors disclaim all representations and warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, profitability, or future performance.

EPH Brothers does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from delays, omissions, inaccuracies, or harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPH Brothers, Worldwide Sports Magic, and their respective owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other losses, damages, costs, or claims of any kind arising out of or relating to the use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Services or any content provided through the Services, including without limitation wagering losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, financial losses, business interruption, loss of data, or reputational harm.

8. Responsible Use

EPH Brothers does not endorse illegal or irresponsible gambling. Users are encouraged to exercise sound judgment, comply with applicable laws, and participate responsibly. If gambling is causing harm or is no longer enjoyable, users should seek help from an appropriate responsible gambling resource in their jurisdiction.

9. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or otherwise misused the Services.

Where permitted by law, termination for violation of these Terms may result in immediate cancellation of access without refund.

10. Changes to These Terms

EPH Brothers may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will become effective when posted on this website unless otherwise stated. Your continued access to or use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
